THE exciting episodes of the Glo-sponsored TV sitcom, Professor Johnbull continue this Tuesday with yet another intriguing and thought-provoking episode titled “Make Money Miss” (MMM).
“Make Money Miss” is an enactment of the fool-hardiness of engaging in ponzi schemes and unstructured, huge-profit, money-back online investments which became a new means of livelihood for certain individuals
Aside the misery and pain victims of such ponzi schemes experience when they crash, it is also said to have an adverse effect on a nation’s economy.
Producers of the programme explained in a statement on Monday that the episode will enlighten and inform viewers on the dangers and consequences of investing blindly, especially in these austere times.
“We believe that arts mirror the society and serve the major purpose of being the barometer to gauge the moral standing of the society. This is exactly what Professor Johnbull has been doing since it came to the Nigerian airwaves and we are more than encouraged by the feedback from the viewing public”, the statement read.
Watch Kanayo. O. Kanayo who acts as Professor Johnbull spit fire against risky investment schemes in “Make Money Miss”. The episode will also feature regular actors like Yomi Fash-Lanso who plays Olaniyi, Queen Nwokoye who acts as Elizabeth, Mercy Johnson acting as Caro and Bimbo Akintola who plays Ufoma. Others are Stephen Odimgba, Bidemi Kosoko, Ogus Baba, Funky Mallam and Martins Nebo.
