Government conveys condolences to Iran after building collapse

\n The South African government has sent a message of condolence to the Iranian government and people following the collapse of a high-rise building in the capital‚ Tehran.\n

\n \n \n

\n

More than 70 people were killed and scores injured when the Plasco Building collapsed after catching fire on Thursday.

“The South African Government extends its condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in this tragic incident and further wishes the injured a speedy recovery‚” the Department of International Relations and Cooperation said.
